About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech start-up. The CRO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, scaling the sales team, and ensuring the alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success to maximize revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a passion for innovation. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA preferred.
