Technical Services Associate Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Technical Services Associate for our Technical Services Department. This position offers a LOT of growth potential within our Technical Services Department and sets the employee up to be able to grow within the company. This role is hybrid and is based in Somerville, MA. Essential responsibilities and duties include: Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and execution Provide administrative support to Technical services department Collaborate with each New England Operations department to drive solutions Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)] Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects Contact clients and schedule various environmental services Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients Create client invoices based off of job paperwork Basic Requirements Bachelors or Associates degree required Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Prior customer service experience Preferred Requirements Experience working within Oracle ERP Relevant industry experience Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401k contribution Generous tuition reimbursement program TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications Mentorship & Career Succession Planning Relocation Opportunities Auto/Home insurance discounts Pet assistance discount plans Discounted movie passes Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
