Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision to C NAs and LPNs, assess patient needs through ongoing evaluations, and revise care plans based on patient condition changes. Ensure care aligns with legal regulations and company standards, aiming to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified). Preferred: minimum one year of skilled nursing experience. Skills & Requirements: Strong clinical judgment, excellent customer service, positive attitude, effective communication within a team, and adherence to departmental policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provident Behavioral Health
