Concessions Supervisor - The Pavilion at Star Lake

The Role The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in‑seat service operations for Legends Hospitality. Responsibilities Assist in training and counseling event staff. Directly manage event‑day staff and interact with customers. Maintain and control high‑volume food and beverage inventory. Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance with corporate procedures. Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality. Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory procedures. Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, investigate discrepancies, and perform reconciliations. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training. Encourage team members to follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and complete necessary training. Report all safety incidents to the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day they occur. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Must be fluent in English. Ability to work in an open‑air environment under all climate conditions. Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including stairs and ramps. Availability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform assigned production tasks requiring constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Legends Global is an Equal Opportunity employer.
