A company is looking for a Remote Enrollment Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead benefits enrollment and support teams for onsite and call center operations Develop and implement benefits communication and engagement strategies Manage and maintain call center software platforms and resolve enrollment issues Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits or insurance Management experience in a customer service environment Experience with benefits enrollment platforms such as Employee Navigator, ADP, or Workday Ability to train and support benefits counselors Experience in developing training guidelines and enrollment strategies
