What You'll Do Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication Deliver professional client service and build lasting relationships Participate in weekly training sessions and team development meetings
