Execute scheduled preventative maintenance routines and diagnostic calibrations on mechanical and electrical systems. Troubleshoot, isolate, and repair industrial equipment hardware faults and software control bugs onsite. Author detailed technical failure analyses, field service logs, and engineering summaries for the Japan HQ. Deliver equipment safety, runtime optimization, and technical operations training to client plant technicians. Collaborate with client-side manufacturing engineers to diagnose system integration issues and line bottlenecks. Manage onsite replacement parts inventory, track field component usage, and initiate emergency parts orders. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery, robotics, or electro-mechanical equipment maintenance. Semiconductor industry experience preferred. Professional-level English communication skills to address technical issues with local plant engineers.
