Deskside Support Technician

UST is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide desktop and mobile end-user support for hardware, software, and applications in a Remote - US setting. You will handle MAC (70%) and PC (30%) issues, supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile apps. The role requires 3+ years in user support, a MIS/IT-related degree, and experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, Airwatch, and networking basics.
