We are seeking a Pharmacy Sales Representative in the state of Texas to join our team and help drive growth through direct sales, customer engagement, and business development. This role will play a vital part in identifying opportunities, forming relationships, and meeting sales objectives. 

This is a commission-only position with the flexibility to be done on a part-time, full-time, or 1099 contract basis. Compensation is based solely on sales performance, offering unlimited earning potential. 

1. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective pharmacy customers to drive new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored pharmacy service solutions to achieve sales goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of Spectrum’s pharmacy services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
• Attend and participate in sales team meetings, providing updates on sales progress, customer feedback, and new opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

2. Requirements and Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be resourceful, organized and be able to prioritize and multi-task
• Must have a strong commercial awareness to be able to find and evaluate potential new partnerships
• Available to travel if needed

3. Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred 
• 5 to 10 years of experience working in sales or business development; or a combination of work experience and education preferred 

4. Computer Skills:

• Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
• Ability to connect remotely using programs such as Teams or Zoom
