Staff Accountant

Staff AccountantWe are seeking a Staff Accountant to join a rapidly growing beverage manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with manufacturing or CPG experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end close, GL accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.Assist with cost accounting, standard costing, job costing, and inventory.Support AR/revenue accounting and financial reporting.Assist with inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.Support audits, internal controls, and financial reporting.Prepare accounting schedules and analyses.Partner with Operations and Finance to resolve accounting issues.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Qualifications2–4 years of accounting experience.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.Manufacturing or CPG experience strongly preferred.Experience with cost accounting, inventory, job costing, or standard costing.Strong Excel skills.Experience with a cloud-based ERP; SAP preferred.CPA coursework/progress is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
