2+ years of recent end-to-end payroll processing experience Experience processing payroll for large organizations (20,000+ employees) California payroll processing experience Experience processing California final termination pay Ability to process high-volume payroll accurately while meeting strict deadlines Experience researching and resolving payroll discrepancies Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Roseville, CA Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare payroll experience Experience supporting large enterprise payroll operations Payroll compliance and auditing experience Familiarity with LotusOne or similar workforce management systems Strong communication skills and ability to partner with internal stakeholders Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for a large employee population Process California payroll in compliance with state and federal regulations Process California final termination payments accurately and within required timelines Utilize Workday Payroll and Kronos to process payroll transactions Process payroll for union employees in accordance with collective bargaining agreements Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data for accuracy Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay issues Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation Ensure payroll deadlines are consistently met Support payroll audits and compliance initiatives Collaborate with Payroll leadership and internal business partners to resolve payroll-related issues #J-18808-Ljbffr
