Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota (Partial Remote)

Role Overview: We are seeking one Business Analyst. This role operates in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on data science, AI, and digital B2B/B2C applications. You will be part of a cross-functional development team, working alongside a Product Owner and Scrum Master on an emerging digital solution that is in the early stages of its lifecycle, focused on improvements and enhancements based on initial feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage user stories, organize ADO boards, and help manage the product backlog using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering, UI, and data science teams.
• Transform ambiguous and evolving needs into well-structured requirement sets.
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Manage dependencies across UI, engineering, data science, modeling, and product teams within a multi-workstream agile environment.
• Understand and document APIs.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Proven ability to work effectively in an agile environment with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Must be able to come onsite to Saint Paul, MN or Naperville, IL as needed for PI Planning and workshops.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B web application solutions, digital products, or writing stories for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of food safety in Food Retail
• Experience in AI, Business Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Skilled at collaborating with customers to refine and clarify requirements.
• Experience with digital product roadmaps, working with APIs, integrating data streams, and leveraging AI modeling.
