Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 annually (dependent on experience)
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties in Brooklyn, NY. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance, and fostering positive tenant relationships while supporting overall property performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and compliance
  
• Manage rent collection, lease administration, and occupancy levels
  
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely property upkeep
  
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
  
• Maintain accurate records and reporting related to property performance
  
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations, including LIHTC requirements
  
• Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
  
• Support budgeting processes and monitor operating expenses
  
• Participate in on-call rotation to address urgent property needs
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of property management experience
  
• Affordable housing management experience preferred
  
• LIHTC certification required within six (6) months of hire
  
• Certified Housing Assistant Manager (CHAM) designation preferred
  
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software preferred
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and working relationships effectively
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
