Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist in beautiful Mill Valley, California. This part-time role—one day per week—will span the entire 2026-2027 academic year, beginning August 17th, 2026, and running through June 11th, 2027. While the specific school site within the district will be determined, you’ll join a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Your compassion and expertise help students develop skills for success in the classroom and beyond. You’ll work directly with children, supporting their growth and enabling them to reach their full potential through therapeutic interventions in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role strongly preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, school staff, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities within the educational setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support learning and participation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to coordinate care
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide direct therapy services and document student progress
