Shift(s) Available: Shift flexibility required. Must be willing and able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts based on business needs
Compensation: $24.45/hr

Principal Accountabilities:

\n
• Responsible for the operation and inspection of forklifts and loading dock-related equipment
\n
• Responsible for performing and documenting the completion of assigned Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) tasks
\n
• Comply with the company's Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
\n
• Know and understand finished product names and characteristics
\n
• Clean, organize, and maintain work areas
\n
• Communicate constructively with coworkers, customers, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers
\n
• Perform tasks in a safe manner to prevent injury to self and others
\n
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors, management, and lead persons
\n
• Perform work in a cooperative, courteous, and efficient manner
\n
• Complete daily reconciliation of process orders
\n
• Must understand and abide by Hutchinson Union Contract and Employee Production Handbook
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
\n
• Must be 18 years or older
\n
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
\n
• Basic use of a computer
\n
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
\n
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
\n
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
\n
• Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
\n
• Must be able to operate machinery
\n
• Have at least 1 year of experience in production-related work
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience
\n
• Mechanical background
\n
• Working knowledge of MS Office Software with an emphasis on Excel and Word
\n
