Recruiter CommunicationsSupports recruiting and placement of candidates from both internal and external sources. Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs. Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within aerospace, defense, or technologyDemonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for technical and/or cleared roles (e.g., engineers, cyber, systems, logistics, PMs)Anistar PAYS YOU for referrals!!!!!!!!
