What You'll Do:

1. Provide raw stock to assembly cells in a timely, orderly, and cost-efficient manner utilizing powered industrial equipment (hilo).
2. Update pick lists to maintain inventory accuracy.
3. Remove scrap materials from machine sites and transfer to recycling areas.
4. Maintain excellent housekeeping and general organization of production areas.
5. Support and provide suggestions for continuous improvement activities to improve processes and procedures.
6. Required to operate powered industrial equipment (hilo).
7. Support and adhere to internal quality and safety programs.

2. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for an extended number of hours per shift, walk, bend, twist, stoop, squat, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
3. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
4. The employee is required to reach with fingers, hands, and arms.
5. Must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
6. The employee must regularly lift, push or pull and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
7. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

• The job is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and moving mechanical parts.
• Safety gear must be worn as required.
• Safety Toe Footwear is required that is ASTM F2413 - I/C (Impact and Compression) and Slip Resistant

What You'll Need:

1. High school diploma.
2. Must possess a valid drivers license and powered industrial equipment (hilo) certification.
3. Ability to lift, bend, stand and twist over long periods of time.
4. Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills.
5. Ability to maintain diplomacy, confidentiality and tact essential, as individual has access to high levels of cost, design and company sensitive materials.
6. Must be able to work with frequently changing priorities.
7. Flexibility to potentially work overtime during week and/or weekends
8. Safety Toe Footwear (ASTM F2413 - I/C (Impact and Compression) and Slip Resistant)
