Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) standing
• Experience or significant interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Ability to work collaboratively with IEP teams, teachers, families, and students
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals
• Maintain precise records and progress documentation as per district and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff collaboration for comprehensive educational planning
• Offer consultation to classroom teachers and caregivers regarding student needs and strategies
