Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification: Required
• S.T.A.B.L.E Certification: Required
• At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
• EPIC experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care for assigned patients following established standards of care.
• Supervises and directs the activities of nursing staff.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to provide safe patient care.
• Evaluates patient outcomes and revises care plans as needed.
• Provides education and support to patients and families.
• Participates in discharge planning and ensures continuity of care.
