Remote candidates will not be considered.Summary of the Clinical Implementation SpecialistWe are seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in guiding new customers through the entire implementation lifecycle of our healthcare technology solutions. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to ensure successful adoption and compliance with state and reporting requirements.Responsibilities for the Clinical Implementation SpecialistAssess clinical practices, state reporting, and patient treatment requirements; develop collaborative solutions and present recommendationsLead new customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring a smooth and efficient processResolve client inquiries promptly, maintaining ownership through resolutionMaintain project documentation and communicate updates via agendas, minutes, and project management toolsBuild and sustain positive, productive relationships with customers and internal teamsApply consultative techniques to identify configuration requirements and implement best practicesReview and validate software configurations with customer implementation teamsEnsure quality of configured features and prepare customers for effective end-user trainingComplete product training and demonstrate adaptability across multiple EHR platformsCreatively resolve and assess a wide range of issues, suggesting alternative approaches as neededDocument and track all customer state and reporting requirements to ensure complianceRecord all customer interactions in CRM according to established standardsParticipate in on-site visits as needed to gather data and understand workflowsQualifications of the Clinical Implementation SpecialistBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredClinical experience in behavioral health or general healthcareSaaS/cloud implementation experience; EHR/EMR experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Clinical Implementation SpecialistStrong remote collaboration skillsData visualization and reporting analysis expertiseFamiliarity with CCBHC and state-specific clinical requirements (NY or CA preferred)Knowledge of HIPAA complianceExceptional customer service and communication skills (written & oral)Quick, logical problem-solving with attention to detail and follow-throughStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to travel up to 25%Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
