Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing crisis intervention and planning, including the formulation of behavioral guidelines and medication treatment plans.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and complete records.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and clinical methodologies to deliver high-quality care.

• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to evaluate and enhance positive behavior support strategies.

• Engaging with community partners and state agencies to facilitate resource sharing and collaborative care.

• Maintaining effective communication with clients and their families to promote understanding and adherence to treatment.

• Representing the clinic in various professional settings, including conferences, workshops, and community outreach events.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
