Collision Estimator Trainee

Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator Trainee at Service Center Monroe – Hwy 74. The role involves greeting customers in person or on the phone, assessing their needs, and promptly providing guidance and assistance as required. The Trainee will assist Collision Estimators by handling vehicle drop‑offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance partners to ensure accurate and efficient repairs in accordance with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures and industry guidelines.
