You will have the opportunity to practice medicine that is tailored to specific patient and client needs, while honoring your personal goals for practicing medicine. Pay is a set salary with regular raises to encourage a communal approach to cases without the stress of commission-based pay. The work schedule is short work weeks with no weekend shifts and no on-call or emergencies.
