Medical Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembler/Testing Technician candidates for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting medical equipment production and testing in an onsite manufacturing environment in the Plano/Irving, TX area. Key Responsibilities Assemble medical devices, parts, and related components according to work instructions. Perform testing, inspection, and quality checks on completed products and components. Use basic computer systems to enter production data and maintain accurate documentation. Follow safety, quality, and production procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment. Support daily production goals while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality. Use microscope-based inspection or detailed visual inspection methods as needed. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $17 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Shift: 1st shift. Job type: Temp-to-hire. Work arrangement: Onsite. Paid training provided. Required Qualifications and Skills Assemble and test medical equipment, devices, and components. Perform quality checks and visual inspections on finished products. Follow written procedures, production instructions, and safety standards. Document work accurately using basic computer systems. 1 to 2 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, testing, or related experience preferred. Basic computer skills required. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused production environment. Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned first-shift schedule. Preferred Qualifications Previous medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience. Experience with microscope inspection, small-part assembly, or precision assembly. Familiarity with quality documentation, production records, or basic testing procedures. Experience following GMP, cleanroom, or controlled manufacturing procedures.
