Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic imaging examinations
• Interpret imaging studies and provide accurate reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging protocols
• Participate in patient consultations regarding imaging results
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in imaging practices
• Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and techniques
• Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education
• Contribute to the development of imaging protocols and policies

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current state medical license to practice in Chattanooga
• Completion of residency in radiology
• Strong skills in diagnostic imaging techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices
• Prior experience in a medical practice setting is preferred

Schedule: Flexible day or night coverage 

Call required

Setting: Remote or on-site

Duties: Read diagnostic imaging procedures

Support Staff: Full operations team, including command center

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel and expenses
