RN Med Surg

Job Title: Med-Surg RN Location: Panama City, FL Shifts Available: Nights Only Compensation: Base pay range of $27.00/hr - $37.00/hr, with a SIGN ON bonus of $15,000 and Night Differential of $4/hr. Position Summary: The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs. Qualifications: Current FL RN license or appropriate compact licensure. If holding a compact license, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire. Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification. ACUTE CARE RN EXPERIENCE (not necessarily in Med-Surg) within the last 3 years, or within the last 5 years if the candidate has extensive RN experience. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Effective listening skills and customer service abilities. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to perform work requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds.
