Clinical Research Technician

JOB TITLE: Clinical Research Technician (CRT)REPORTS TO: Manager, Safety Operations; Senior Director, Clinical OperationsDIRECT REPORTS: Not ApplicablePOSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Research Technician is responsible for the performance of clinical procedures as they pertain to a protocol.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform basic medical procedures, including but not limited to vital signs, electrocardiograms, phlebotomy, urine collection, etc.Participate in the informed consent process and execution as delegated by the Principal InvestigatorAssist with preparing and serving meals to study volunteersPerform general housekeeping duties as needed, such as restocking linens, emptying trash, sweeping floors, making beds, etc.Other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GEDPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:At least 1 year of phlebotomy experienceMedical Assistant or equivalent healthcare certificationBLS certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
