Description - Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance alongside calibration of lab equipment.
• Support the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the high standards of the lab.
• Ensure a hygienic, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation obligations.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
