The functions include(s) Supply Procurement & Analytics, Business Systems, Dispatch Sourcing, and Contracts.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesContractsProspect government/privates leads on local, state, and national levelsReview contractual language to determine eligibility, pricing structure, and commitmentsFormulate bid proposal and operational plan through collaboration across the organizationCommunicate to support groups their responsibilities and be the primary point of contact of the entityConfer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, issues, or requests for pickup and deliveryAnalyze contract performance and maintain hedge-trading bookCustomer onboarding through internal systems and order managementSupply Procurement & AnalyticsEstablish and maintain supply relationships to support fuel needs with both internal and external resourcesAnalyze and define market trends for decision-making on buying/selling opportunitiesGenerate and expedite purchase order agreements to meet internal expectations for profitability and timingInterface with all departments to resolve problems related to order fulfillment and bill of product on both customer and vendor baseUtilize business understanding to leverage advantageous supply sourcing to maximize arbitrage opportunitiesBusiness SystemsImplement process improvements towards fully integrated business systemsEnsure records are accurate and consistent across various internal systems for timely billing and account reconciliationCollecting incoming statements of product delivery and vendor invoices to match internal transactions of customer, supplier, and productManage internal transactions for accuracy with financial reportingInvestigate discrepancies and correspond with internal/external groups to achieve resolution and data accuracyDispatch SourcingSchedule and dispatch transportation for pickup and delivery of fuel productsNegotiate freight with 100 common carriers’ fleets across the US and work with sales and supply to facilitate orders for customer baseCoordinate work orders with carriers for appropriate delivery of product at ship-to location to meet customer requests and specificationsOversee orders to completion with the focus on efficient timing and maximizing profitability in sourcingSpearhead new relationships with carriers in growing territoriesWork with internal delivered groups on carrier loading issues for resolutionCollaborate with contracts and supply to provide optimized freight rates to be leveraged on new business opportunities.Requirements:Bachelor's degreeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
