Plumber Technician

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our property management and maintenance team. Along with retail plazas and newer townhomes, our portfolio includes several turn of the century apartment buildings. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in working with older plumbing systems and fixtures, values quality craftsmanship, and enjoys the challenge of maintaining historic properties. Key Responsibilities: Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance across residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems in turn of the century apartment buildings, including galvanized piping, cast iron drains, and older faucets/fixtures . Assist with upgrades, replacements, and retrofits of outdated plumbing systems. Collaborate with the maintenance team on turnovers, renovations, and emergency repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used. Participate in on-call plumbing support as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years of plumbing experience required; licensing preferred but not required. Hands-on experience with galvanized plumbing and older faucet/fixture systems strongly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, especially when working with historic or outdated systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
