Middle Marketing Analyst

Role Description

Your project:

• MonoBoost is appflame's fintech product — we help users improve their credit scores and access better financial tools.
• The team is small, the problems are real, and the decisions land on you.
• We're looking for an analyst who doesn't stop at the numbers and keeps going until there's a clear recommendation on the table.

You will:

• Analyze marketing and product metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to decision, including side effects on adjacent metrics.
• Build Tableau reports that people who don't live in dashboards can actually read.
• Figure out new domains on your own, ask the right questions, and close tasks with a result.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years as a Marketing or Data Analyst at a product company, with real datasets rather than just coursework.
• Strong SQL: large datasets, complex queries, and a production environment.
• Statistics grounding: experiment design, significance, confidence intervals, and small samples.
• Ability to turn raw data into a concrete recommendation, not just a table to look at.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing or subscription businesses (advantage).
• Basic Python (pandas, numpy) for segmentation and clustering where SQL isn't enough (advantage).
