Overview Staffing Coordinator – Healthcare, Houston, TX (Full-Time). Experience level: Experienced. Location: Main Office – Houston, TX 77079. Department: Health Care. This role focuses on connecting healthcare professionals with facilities in need, delivering exceptional service, and building long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Recruit and place healthcare professionals in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles Build strong relationships with candidates, employees, and healthcare clients Match the right personality and skills to the right environment Guide candidates through onboarding and credentialing steps Keep documentation accurate and ensure compliance standards are met Stay in touch with employees and clients to ensure smooth assignments Solve problems quickly and proactively when challenges arise What Makes Someone Successful Here You genuinely enjoy talking to people and building trust You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the details You’re organized, responsive, and solutions-focused You take ownership of your work and follow through Healthcare staffing or recruiting experience is a plus Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of staffing and recruiting experience. Healthcare staffing experience is a plus. Skills & Attributes: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think critically, act intuitively, and provide creative solutions. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma required. High-speed internet for remote work capabilities. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
