Vice President Human Resources Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing manufacturing company to locate their next VP of HR Full-time Charlotte Metro, US 1d ago The Vice President of Human Resources will lead the company's HR strategy and operations across corporate and manufacturing locations. This individual will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership while overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, leadership development, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR executive with experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees in a multi-site manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities iesDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goa ls.Advise executive and operational leaders on workforce and organizational matte rs.Lead recruiting, retention, succession planning, and leadership developme nt.Oversee employee relations, investigations, performance management, and complian ce.Manage compensation, benefits, HR policies, and HR syste ms.Build consistent HR processes across manufacturing locatio ns.Develop and lead the HR te am.Use workforce data to improve retention, staffing, engagement, and performan ce.Support acquisitions, integrations, and organizational changes as need Qualifications ionsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fi eld.10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership responsibil ity.Manufacturing or industrial experience requi red.Experience supporting multi-site operations and hourly workforces prefer red.Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and benef its.Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands -on.Strong communication, leadership, and business-partnering ski lls.Ability to travel to company locations as nee #J-18808-Ljbffr
