Role Summary Member Support Associate – a remote‑first position based in the United States (excluding California and Alaska). You will provide top‑notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, helping members keep their benefits running smoothly and answering their questions. Responsibilities Work an 8‑hour shift from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday‑Friday. Maintain a wired internet connection with sufficient speed and stability. Provide customer support to Lively end‑users through phone, email, and chat during business hours. Deliver timely, accurate information to leave each customer satisfied. Solve complex tasks related to all Lively products and services. Generate bug reports and create/resolve task incidents in Jira for data reconciliation. Qualifications Adaptable and able to work flexibly during high‑volume periods such as open enrollment and tax season. Detail‑oriented with strong written, verbal, and listening skills. An enthusiastic communicator who delivers an outstanding customer experience. Empathetic, calm, and composed even when situations become heated. A team player with a sense of humor and respect for others. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Requirements Must be located in the United States and currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis. No sponsorship required now or in the future.
