Phlebotomist II

Location: Rogers, AZ

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway for hire)

Schedule: 6:30am–3:00pm

This role is essential in delivering accurate, timely diagnostic testing while creating a positive patient experience. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for patients and play a key role in maintaining quality standards and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations

• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

• Verify patient information and ensure proper documentation, including patient signatures

• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

• Provide exceptional customer service while explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable

• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as assigned

• Adapt to different work settings including patient service centers and physician offices as needed

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric draws

• Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills with a focus on accuracy and safety

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple locations as needed

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)

• Keyboard/data entry proficiency

• Ability to meet compliance requirements
