Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join the Billing PMO team at a top telecommunications client. This individual will support technical integration programs related to merger initiatives and ongoing enterprise projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, driving project milestones, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring successful delivery of scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced with Agile methodologies and Jira, and has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will need experience in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This is a 6 month contract with extensions, onsite in Stamford, CT, and has a pay rate of $47-50/hr.


Day-to-Day:
• Lead project meetings, stakeholder calls, and project milestones
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality deliverables
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and Jira updates
• Coordinate communication between project teams and key stakeholders
• Support change management efforts throughout project execution
• Handle meeting scheduling, reporting, and administrative PMO functions

50% Project Mgt (Leading project meetings, ad hoc meetings/ phone calls)
40% Documentation and Reporting (Jira updates, meeting minutes, email messages follow-up on tasks/decisions via IM and email)
10% Administration (Scheduling meetings, emails, BPMO calls & HR tasks

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from definition through implementation
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Jira experience for project tracking and reporting
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
