  Description of the role:
  As a Subaru Internet Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with potential customers online, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering customer satisfaction.

  Responsibilities:
  - Engage with online leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  - Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication
  - Maintain a strong knowledge of Subaru's products and offerings

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conducting vehicle walk-around and test drives with customers
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to foster repeat business
- Managing and updating customer information in the dealership's CRM system
- Working collaboratively with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and options for all Subaru models
- Participating in vehicle training programs and staying current with industry trends and developments
- Attending sales meetings and conferences as required
- Assisting with vehicle inventory management and display
