We're looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Specialist who is passionate about automation, software quality, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the reliability and performance of our industry-leading SaaS solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites

• Create automation solutions for UI, API, load, and performance testing

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies

• Perform manual testing when needed

• Identify, document, and track defects

• Lead quality initiatives across the SDLC

• Coordinate release validation activities

• Analyze test results and provide recommendations

• Mentor junior QA team members

• Continuously improve QA processes and frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA, Software Testing, or related field

• Strong experience in Agile environments

• Expert-level proficiency with Cypress and TypeScript

• Hands-on automated testing: UI, APIs, Load Testing, Performance Testing

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies

• Experience creating test strategies, plans, and cases

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent English mandatory; Dutch a helpful plus

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience with Percy visual testing

• Experience testing SaaS products in cloud-based environments

• Passion for continuous improvement and automation-first testing
