Our core values focus on "Bringing Enjoyment 'N' Quality to Life." We are hiring an Order Desk Associate to support the order management element within BenQ. Duties & Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders within the ERP system Identify and correct transactional order issues Provide order status, tracking, and backorder reports to customers Process drop shipment orders by placing PO’s to vendors Maintain customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution Miscellaneous tasks as needed Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems, flexible and adaptable Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle) Education High School Diploma required Compensation Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus Position Type Full-Time Office-Based #J-18808-Ljbffr benq
