IAM Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IAM Specialist to support enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives within a complex environment. This individual will be responsible for managing user access requests and approvals, provisioning and deprovisioning accounts across multiple systems, and conducting regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies. The IAM Specialist will troubleshoot identity and authentication issues, partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams on ongoing IAM projects, and help drive access governance efforts. Additionally, this person will support audits and regulatory requirements, maintain documentation and standard operating procedures, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and provide end-user support related to account access and authentication. The ideal candidate will have strong IAM experience, a security-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• 3 years minimum experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Experience with user provisioning and deprovisioning

• Experience managing role-based access controls (RBAC)

• Strong understanding of identity governance and access controls

• Ability to work in a regulated enterprise environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Okta

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD

• Experience with SailPoint

• Experience with CyberArk or Privileged Access Management tools

• Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives

• Healthcare industry experience

• Experience with automation and IAM process improvements
