Position Details Title: Attorney Location: Sacramento County Salary: $7,969.00 – $10,473.00 per month Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Telework: Hybrid Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Attorney, Assistant Chief Counsel in the Attorney Services Office A, part of the Legal Affairs Division within the Department of Cannabis Control, the Attorney will be responsible for providing a full range of legal services on behalf of the Department. Special Requirements Active membership in the California State Bar; must provide a copy of license prior to hiring. Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) clearance required; applicants must submit fingerprints to the Department of Justice and maintain clearance while employed. Commitment to maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive documents and material. Compliance with Conflict of Interest (COI) Regulations; submit Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
