Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional status, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and supportive counseling through individual, family, and group therapy sessions conducted via telehealth platforms.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adapting treatment plans according to their evolving needs and responsiveness to therapy.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients at risk, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse array of clients, ranging from children to adults, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts, specifically as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
