Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and frameworks.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and client goals, while incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage in regular collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients enduring acute distress, using your expertise and compassion to stabilize and reassure.
\n
• Participate in community outreach projects and initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and improving access to services for underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our center emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity, allowing therapists to effectively connect with and support clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation and follow-up.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or in delivering telehealth services.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and their application in a virtual environment.

• Experience in community outreach, education, or advocacy related to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
