Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, build clinical diagnoses, and formulate appropriate treatment plans that are tailored to individual goals.

• Provide therapy sessions through individual, group, and family modalities, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stabilization during difficult times.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create a holistic care plan that addresses all aspects of client health.

Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
