We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a key resource for both employees and leadership. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across all areas of Human Resources and takes pride in creating a positive, compliant, and productive workplace.

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and performance management. We're seeking someone who can work independently, handle sensitive matters with professionalism, and confidently support employees at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $70K

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
• Partner with managers on employee relations issues, performance concerns, and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support leave administration, accommodations, and other employee programs.
• Assist with performance management initiatives and employee development efforts.
• Help create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Generate reports and provide HR-related support to leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience handling confidential information and sensitive workplace matters.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
• Experience supporting a growing or multi-location workforce.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, leave management, and performance management programs.
