Litigation Associate Attorney

Responsibilities Manage a large caseload independently, including court appearances, client management, conference attendance, and travel as required. Review, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. Calendar and monitor all deadlines, providing timely and effective advice to clients. Communicate clearly with opposing counsel and clients, and collaborate closely with staff on litigation activities. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to the Texas Bar. Prior experience in civil litigation and appraisal/valuation matters preferred. Strong analytical and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads effectively.
