Trial Attorney - Trucking

Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Trucking Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Kentucky (Lexington, Louisville or any other M&M office in the State) to join its growing practice. The Trial Attorney will primarily handle catastrophic and trucking motor vehicle accident cases, representing plaintiffs in litigation. This role involves trial preparation and trial experience, offering the opportunity to work with a high‑value case group. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions and memoranda Guiding clients through the case process Co‑ordinating with expert witnesses: conferences, preparation of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances Qualifications Law degree from a fully accredited law school Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Kentucky Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases Trial experience required Excellent client service and communication skills Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
