THE702FIRM seeks an experienced attorney who excels in the courtroom and possesses the strategic mindset needed to maximize client recovery. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial consultation through trial, with minimal supervision. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year Responsibilities Handle all aspects of personal injury cases including client intake, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to maximize client recovery Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Draft and argue substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment Conduct thorough legal research and prepare persuasive legal memoranda Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to secure favorable settlements Represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals Contribute to business development efforts and firm marketing initiatives Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school Active Nevada Bar membership 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience Strong knowledge of Nevada civil procedure and personal injury law Exceptional deposition and trial skills Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities Detail-oriented with superior analytical and organizational skills Client-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive compensation package that rewards excellence: Base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonuses structured on settlements and verdicts Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with generous employer matching Paid time off and paid holidays The702Firm conducts background checks upon hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
