Highlighted Duties: Manage a full caseload of divorce, custody, paternity, child support, and other family law matters. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, motions, etc. Provide frequent client communication, updates, and legal strategy guidance. Conduct legal research and draft motions/pleadings as needed. Work with team support to efficiently move cases forward. Highlighted Requirements: Active Kentucky Bar License in good standing. 1+ year of Family Law experience required. Experience in a high-volume practice and/or handling high-asset cases preferred. Excellent communication skills with a client‑centered approach. Ability to balance empathy with firm advocacy in sensitive family law cases.
