• SERVICETITAN EXPERIENCE — Previous hands-on ServiceTitan experience is required .

Position Summary

Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking a ServiceTitan Operation Analyst to ensure the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and usability of data across our ServiceTitan environment. This role will establish and maintain data governance standards across multiple operating companies, identify and resolve data quality issues, and partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, and local teams to ensure ServiceTitan data can be trusted for reporting, decision-making, and business performance management.

The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceTitan knowledge, data analysis skills, attention to detail, and process discipline with the ability to work across multiple businesses and standardize data practices in a growing organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesServiceTitan Operations Analyst

• Establish, document, and maintain data governance standards for ServiceTitan across Century Mechanical Holdings and its operating companies.
• Define standards for customer, location, technician, business unit, job type, campaign, equipment, membership, pricing, and other critical ServiceTitan data.
• Maintain consistent naming conventions, field definitions, data structures, and configuration standards across locations.
• Develop and maintain a data dictionary and governance documentation for key ServiceTitan fields and reporting metrics.
• Partner with business leaders to establish clear ownership and accountability for critical data.

Data Quality & Auditing

• Conduct recurring audits of ServiceTitan data to identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
• Monitor data quality and proactively identify trends or systemic issues impacting reporting or operational performance.
• Investigate discrepancies between ServiceTitan reports, dashboards, financial reporting, and other business systems.
• Coordinate data cleanup initiatives and validate corrections.
• Develop data quality scorecards and metrics to track improvement across operating companies.

Reporting & Analytics

• Support accurate and consistent reporting across ServiceTitan dashboards and reporting tools.
• Validate key operational KPIs, including revenue, booked calls, conversion rates, average ticket, technician performance, membership metrics, lead sources, and marketing attribution.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure consistent definitions and calculations for enterprise-level KPIs.
• Analyze data trends and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and data capture.
• Support leadership reporting and business reviews by ensuring underlying ServiceTitan data is reliable.

Process Improvement & Standardization

• Evaluate how teams enter and manage data within ServiceTitan and recommend improvements.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices for ServiceTitan data entry and maintenance.
• Partner with operating companies during onboarding, acquisitions, system migrations, and ServiceTitan implementations to establish clean and consistent data structures.
• Identify opportunities to automate data validation, reporting, and governance processes.
• Train users on data standards and reinforce proper ServiceTitan data practices across the organization.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Serve as a subject matter resource for ServiceTitan data structure, reporting, and governance.
• Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, Call Center, and local leadership teams.
• Translate business questions into clear data requirements and reporting solutions.
• Communicate data issues, root causes, and recommended solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with ServiceTitan ,  within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home services businesses.
• Experience with data governance, data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceTitan reporting, business units, job types, campaigns, technician data, customer records, and operational workflows.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to identify data inconsistencies, determine root causes, and develop scalable solutions.
• Experience supporting multiple locations, business units, or operating companies preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operational leaders and frontline users.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating across multiple teams and locations.
• Experience supporting a multi-location or private equity-backed home services organization.
• Experience with ServiceTitan implementations, migrations, integrations, or acquisitions.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan APIs, data exports, integrations, or data warehouse environments.
• Experience developing data dictionaries, governance frameworks, SOPs, and data quality controls.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related skilled-trades operations.
